happy halloween '10 (a day late!)

what a wonderful halloween we had this year!! not only did i get to dress up both my babies in ADORABLE costumes, but jaccob was here to celebrate it with us!

isabela was a genie (from the t.v. show 'i dream of jeannie') and anya was an oatmeal bear. don't ask me what exactly an oatmeal bear is, because i've never heard of it until i saw the description of the costume. oh well. moving on.

both girls had a photo shoot with their abuelito and we got some AMAZING shots :) i'm so excited the way they came out!! by the time we finished with pictures it was starting to get dark so we decided to start the trick or treating! anya was really tired and it was close to her bedtime so she stayed home with my parents. isabela on the other hand was ready with one foot out the door after we gave her her pumpkin candy holder and told her it was time to get candy. you couldn't have gotten her out of the house faster ;) hehe! she was too cute!!

this year we went trick or treating in my sister's neighborhood and it was a little bit more active than my parents neighborhood, so i'm happy we decided to go there instead. isabela had fun trick or treating with her "nina" and jaccob and me and we can't wait to do it again next year...especially with our little anya. two girls trick or treating in cute costumes, who can resist?!
