Merry Christmas! Feliz Navidad!

34 weeks pregnant with anya <3 Christmas eve '09

Christmas day has almost come to a close, but before it ends i just wanted to wish everyone a merry merry Christmas!!!

this year it was just the three of us, plus our dog kensy and another dog we are pet sitting for, granger. we really wished we could have had family here to celebrate with us, but unfortunately nobody was able to come visit. in all honesty it made me really sad not to have anyone else with us on such a special holiday and it didn't feel quite like Christmas, but it could just be the pregnancy hormones talking ;) in fact, i'm pretty sure it is!!! i should feel lucky just to have my husband and daughter with me, nothing else should matter...

now it's been tradition in my family for us to celebrate Christmas on Christmas eve so that's what we did. we had a delicious dinner (made by my wonderful husband), opened presents and everyone had a good time :) isabela looked beautiful in her dress that her abuelitos bought her and looked adorable in all the pictures i took with my awesome camera, that just so happens to be my Christmas present from jaccob!


today we spent the whole day lounging around and spending quality time together as a family :) isabela played around with her new toys and jaccob and i sat around watching our beautiful baby girl having the time of her life! we feel very blessed to have her in our life and we can't wait for the birth of our daughter anya <3 what better present could we receive than the safe delivery of a healthy baby girl? we truly have lots of reasons to be thankful for! i can't wait for next year...we'll be home for the holidays surrounded by family, living in san antonio and celebrating Christmas with our two beautiful daughters, isabela and anya!!!
