getting settled in :)

i am WAY behind in my posts! sorry folks! i've been really busy the last two weeks trying to get everything ready for closing and now getting everything unpacked and settled into our brand new home!!! i still can't believe we're homeowners now...CRAZY! anyway, i promise i will do some more posts on the house and how we're doing in our new city of spring :) i'm not going to lie, i really really miss san antonio and not being close to my family, but i know we'll be alright. besides, we're only a couple of hours away and not a couple of states away, so for that i am grateful.

now if you can excuse me, i need to get back to work! don't you just love moves?!

once upon a time...

i started this blog as a way of keeping in touch with family and friends. we moved to guam right after our wedding, so i needed a creative medium in which to share our new life together as newlyweds. as our lives began to change so did our family dynamic! our first addition to the family was our furry baby, kensy, an adorable german shepherd. then our greatest dreams came true when God blessed us with our daughters isabela and anya. almost 7 years later this blog now chronicles our lives as parents and also our kid's lives in both stories and pictures.
